Merz. I originally created this site as an exercise in web design
so as to learn more about the workings of the Web and the Internet in
general. I have since gone on to design other sites and work full
time in the industry.</font></font></font>

I have taken up photography, again, with more of a focus on digital
imagery. I have made some of my favorite pics available in the
<a href="../Macroicon/photos.html">photos</a> section. I find that the
available quality is good enough for screen display, and I highly value
the ease and hassle-free ability to download my pictures directly to
