Joining Verio as a technical support representative, Chris went on to become the hostmaster for the WebCom platform, specializing in domain name administration issues. In early 2000, he transferred to the Development department as a Database Administrator, and has since gone on to Software Engineering. In June of 1994, Chris was first introduced to the World Wide Web and began work with HTML and web design. While working for CalSoft as a technical writer, he was given the task of compiling hypertext HELP documentation for CalSoft's latest product, InterAp, a suite of Internet applications, which was subsequently sold to the Stac corporation for $12 million. Chris attended the University of California, Davis with studies ranging from Physics to Anthropology to Medieval Studies and beyond. |
